- A standard clean is ฿600 per wall unit, a deep chemical wash ฿1,200 per unit, and three units in one visit ฿1,500. We confirm your price before the visit.
- How often should I clean my aircon?
- With daily use in Chiang Mai, every 3 to 6 months. Leaks, a musty smell or weak cooling mean it's due now.
- Do I need to be at home?
- No. Leave a key at the front desk or with the juristic office and we send photos when it's done.
- My aircon is leaking water. Will a clean fix it?
- Usually, yes: most leaks come from a blocked drain or a dirty coil. If the unit needs gas or a repair, the technician tells you the price first and nothing is done without your yes.
- Do you clean ceiling cassette, floor-standing and ducted units?
- Yes. Wall units are at the prices above. Ceiling cassette (4-way), ceiling-suspended, floor-standing and ducted units are priced on a quote: send the type and number of units and we confirm the price before the visit.
- Do you refill aircon gas or repair units?
- If a unit is low on gas (refrigerant) or needs a repair, the technician checks it and we send you the price first. Nothing is done without your yes.
- Do you service HVAC systems for offices and shops?
- Tell us the system and the number of units. For central or ducted HVAC in offices, shops and buildings, we confirm whether a partner can take the job, and the price, before anything is booked.
